Metwest Tenant Improvements
Demolition and build-out of 12,000 s.f. high-end tenant space. Cost: $2 Million, Complete 2001
Project included installation of custom wood trading desks, addition of new HVAC system, new skylights set in architectural soffits, and structural upgrades for new computer room.
Computer room included UPS system and FM 200 fire suppression system. Energy efficient skylights added for energy and heat.
