Office Building Renovation
Rated LEED 2.0 Platinum by the US Green Building Council
An existing apartment and office building completely renovated implementing the environmentally responsible standards set by LEED. Complete demolition and removal of a 2-story apartment building and a portion of the office building. The remaining building expands to aprox 14,939 s.f., including a basement, all in a very tight urban area. Use of soldier beams with lagging shoring, underpinning of existing adjacent footings and Type V wood framed construction. Many new innovative building materials, recycled content, indoor air quality and in-depth commissioning is required. The project represents an excellent example of sustainable design and construction.

New Headquarters and Chino Creek Park
Rated by US Green Building Council, LEED
This is an environmentally responsible structure to be rated by the US Green Building Council. Occupy two new buildings located at the Chino Waste Water Treatment Facility for the administrative, executive, and engineering offices. The buildings will encompass 67,000 sf within tilt-up concrete building envelope. The project delivery is design-build. Pre-cast tilt-ups, excavation of footing and foundation, slab-on-grade, structural steel, rough carpentry and roofing system, millwork and finish carpentry, built-up roofing, waterproofing, insulation, sheet metal, flashing and expansion joint system, H.M. doors, wood doors and windows, sealing and caulking, gypsum wallboard, tile work, vinyl tile, acoustical ceilings, carpentry, painting, toilet partitions and accessories, fire extinguisher and cabinets, plumbing and water recycle systems, fire sprinkler systems, HVAC, electrical, solar panel systems.

Debs Park Audubon Center
Rated LEED 2.1 Platinum by US Green Building Council, LEED
Construct community based Nature Center in the Ernest E Debs Regional Park. 17 acres of the 282-acre urban wilderness park is the site for the center in an undeveloped portion of the park. Welcoming central courtyard, aprox 5,000 s.f. building, children’Äôs garden, and interpreted trails. Center will be 100% solar powered and use 80% less water than a conventional building of its size. The innovative design is a model of sustainable technology and received a platinum LEED rating from the USGBC.
