Ground floor tenant build out of Lexmark International, Inc. sales office located in the Summit Grand Plaza II building. Private and open office space for approximately 88 people. 10,000 s.f. with exposed overhead construction, floating ceilings, curved and oval shaped walls.
The space consists of two conference rooms with recessed auto projection screens, private and executive offices and open space cubicles. The scope of work included the voice and data cabling system. Cost: $500,000, Completed 2001

M4 High-Bay Annex
New facility, satellite manufacturing and assembly. Construction of a 10,500 s.f. high bay, class 100,000 clean room facility. Structural steel frame with metal siding, roof equipment platforms, and 20-ton overhead bridge crane with an 82' span. Ceiling height of clean room is 75'. Building is supported on engineered fill with cast-in-place concrete piles. Cost: $5.5 Million, Completed Feb. 2002.

Thermo Vacuum Chamber
Negotiated construction management contract. Facility is a poured-in-place concrete structure to house a $12 million thermo-vacuum testing chamber to be used for satellite manufacturing. Construction included installation of a 20-ton bridge crane on the roof trusses so the chamber installation could proceed concurrently with the completion of the building.
Structure was 110' x 112' x 80' high with no interior floor diaphragms.
Approximately 40,000 s.f., square feet, built to house the world's largest mailbox space test chamber.
