Seismic Upgrade & West Annex Mezzanine

In addition to the Tenant Improvements, TG installed a 12,000 s.f. mezzanine with approximately 28 concrete piles (3' x 22'deep). There is also a seismic upgrade to the existing building which is about 24 ea piles (same size) with columns and horizontal steel trusses supporting the building laterally.

"Now that we are winding down and within a week of completion on the Building 49 Phase 0 project, I wanted to thank you and your organization for giving the team and myself the opportunity to build such a great facility. I am very pleased and proud of the way the facility turned out and I know it will provide many years of reliable service. Thanks again." - Bruce Wight, Boeing
