Constructed two-story building approximately 23,800 s.f. Multi-level core and shell masonry building with concrete, two floors and roof. Project consisted of an earth station compound generator area with a 450 kw emergency generator. Curved CMU walls, masonry, steel and concrete decks. Tenant improvements on 2nd floor broadcast/telecom service area and subleased tenant space. Cost $4 Million, Completed: 2000

Demolition and build-out of 12,000 s.f. high-end tenant space. Cost: $2 Million, Complete 2001
Project included installation of custom wood trading desks, addition of new HVAC system, new skylights set in architectural soffits, and structural upgrades for new computer room. Computer room included UPS system and FM 200 fire suppression system. Energy efficient skylights added for energy and heat.
