60,000 s.f. multi-floor secured office area. Presentation center with specialty art panels, SCIF offices, NSP multi-program and 125-person capacity. Proposal bullpen with full-height white board walls.
Offices for over 380 people, 40% as two-persons. VTC Room, publications room, data bank, and reproduction room. High-end finishes throughout entire facility.
New interior interconnecting steel stairs. High security utilities with cable separation both secured and non-secured. Exterior man-hoist was installed to minimize impact to existing occupied offices.

First & Second Floor Remodel
Complete tenant improvement where all existing office, conference rooms, copier rooms, etc. are removed. A new layout is designed to provide maximum density in the 175 s.f. per person range.
There are new hardwall offices around the perimeter of the building that are aprox. 150 s.f in size. Most of the remaining area is systems furniture that are aprox 64 s.f. in size.
There are six conference rooms, four copier rooms, and two kitchens. The existing restrooms are remodeled and augmented as required by code.
The existing third floor has fire sprinkler coverage added as part of this project. All new finishes, ceilings, HVAC distributions systems, lighting, and power systems are added. VERY aggressive schedule to occupy the space. Cost: $3.4 Million, Completed: 2002
